The terms “I,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refers to Beautiful Dawn LLC. The terms “user,” “you,” and “your” refer to site visitors, customers, clients, and any other users of the site.
Since we are offering intangible and irrevocable digital goods and services, all purchases are final and not refundable.
Not knowing your WordPress site isn’t self-hosted, or not being aware of your blogging platform in general, is not grounds for a refund. Neither is incompatibility with your browser or third party plugins, or the inability to make desired customizations outside of what’s built into the theme.
If you need assistance with the installation or setup of your theme, please submit a support ticket via our Support Form. We would be happy to assist you.
Platform: Self-Hosted WordPress
Our WordPress themes are for the self-hosted WordPress platform only (WordPress.org). Our themes will not work on WordPress.com blogs. If you blog at WordPress.com or if your domain name ends in WordPress.com, our themes will not work for you. Self-hosted means you have purchased a domain name and hosting plan for your blog as well as installed WordPress on your host.
Our themes support all modern web browsers including Firefox, Safari, Chrome, and Microsoft Edge. While we strive to give every theme a seamless and near-identical experience across these browsers, it is impossible to compensate for the lack of web standards support (relating to HTML & CSS) in some of these browsers. Please use the theme demo to ensure that the browsers you use will work with our themes as we cannot guarantee that our themes will work with all browser combinations.
Support and Warranty
Support hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 4:00pm Pacific Time (closed on holidays). We typically respond to all inquiries within 1 business day.
We only provide support to verified customers via our Support Form. We do not provide support when contacted via email, Facebook, or Twitter. We also do not offer phone support.
Support is available for the life of the product. This means that as long as the product is being sold, you will receive support. If we decide to discontinue a product, support will no longer be available for that product.
The support we offer is intended for issues arising with the functionality of the theme. These issues prevent the theme from working as advertised and will be supported.
We do not provide support for the following:
- We do not provide support for our free themes.
- We do not provide support for issues that arise using third party plugins.
- We do not provide support for general WordPress questions.
- We do not provide support for customization requests. This means you are trying to customize the theme beyond the scope of the themes intended style or functionality. These requests will not be supported.
Beautiful Dawn Designs does not provide any warranty or guarantee our themes in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party components, plugins, and web browsers or devices.
If you edit the theme files and it causes the theme to break, we cannot help you troubleshoot the issue. We recommend installing a fresh copy of the theme if you run into issues due to editing the theme files.
Backup and Liability
It is highly recommended that you back up your existing theme, files, and content before installing a new theme. We are not responsible for any loss of data, errors, or damage that may occur when using our themes.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions
