September is just around the corner, and that means it’s time to start planning your September bullet journal cover.
In this post, I’m sharing a wide variety of September bullet journal covers. Some of them are perfect for beginners, while others require a little bit more skill. Additionally, because September is usually a back-to-school month, some of these spreads are great for students and teachers.
1. Orange and Blue Feathers
This cover page features a lovely hand-drawn title and cute orange and yellow feather drawings scattered throughout the page.
2. Grapevine and Notebooks
This is one of my favorite pages in this roundup because of how original and unique it looks. I love the fall colors used here and the beautiful calligraphy.
3. Simple and Beautiful
I love the simplicity used here. Additionally, the handwritten script is absolutely stunning. While the floral element is simple enough, it really does add something special to the overall look of this cover page, along with the splashes of color throughout.
4. Poppy Flowers
Have you ever seen a poppy field? Poppy flowers are beautiful, so of course, they would make a great addition to your bullet journal spread. If you’re comfortable with watercolor, this would be the perfect time to add some watercolor to your spread..
5. Back to School
September is known to be the month when students and teachers head back to school. If you’re a student, teacher, or parent, this September cover page would be perfect for you.
6. Simple Floral Frame
This cover page uses a simple floral frame that anyone can draw. I find this cover page to be simple, beautiful, and also very beginner-friendly.
7. Winnie the Pooh
If you’re a fan of Winnie the Pooh, this would be the perfect cover page for you. Because the characters are playing in leaves, this spread would actually work great for any of the fall months.
I love a good sunflower spread. The thing about sunflower themes is that they work well for the summer and fall months. So feel free to do something similar for months besides September.
9. Summer Fruit
This cover page features the fruit that we love to eat during the summer. I love the cute doodles of kiwi, watermelon, strawberries, oranges, and lemons.
Pages that feature butterflies are some of my favorite bullet journal spreads. I love butterflies, which is why I include one in my very own logo.
11. Light bulbs and Fireflies
Even though I called them fireflies in the title, where I come from, we call them lightning bugs. I haven’t seen a lightning bug drawing that I didn’t like. You can find one of my favorite drawings in my July Bullet Journal Cover Page Ideas post.
12. Blue Leaves
Isn’t this September cover page fabulous? I love the frame of blue and tan colored leaves. I also love the calligraphy used here.
13. Cactus with Pink Pots
I love the unique look of this cover page. I think it’s the green and pink color combination that really makes this stand out for me.
14. Diamonds and Crystals
Seed Successful You makes some of the most stunning bullet journal spreads I’ve come across. They’re always bright, colorful, and unique. This page is no different. I love the hanging diamonds and crystals used here.
15. Neutral Rainbows
I love this simple rainbow design. The neutral colors used look so good here. Plus, this cover page is very beginner-friendly, which is always a plus.
16. Simple Sunflowers
If you love sunflower designs, this simple sunflower-themed cover page is perfect for you. I love how this spread makes drawing sunflowers look easy.
17. Blue Flowers
Okay, can we just take a minute to admire how gorgeous this cover page is? I’m not sure if I’d be able to produce something as beautiful as this. It’s definitely worth giving a try, though.
18. School Supplies
Here’s another spread that’s perfect for back-to-school month. I love how they’ve incorporated their real-life supplies into the drawing.
This spread uses a camping theme for the cover page. I love how much the artist has incorporated into a small space. They’ve included leaves, mountains, trees, a tent, the moon, and a deer, all within a small area.
This mushroom theme is fantastic. I think this spread would work great for the months of October and November as well because it really gives me fall vibes.
21. Fall Leaves
I’m loving the fall leaves design used here. Again, this is another cover page idea that would work well for other fall months. I would love to do something like this for the month of November.
22. Pens and Other Supplies
As you can see, I’ve included a nice variety of back-to-school spreads in this roundup. This one features an assortment of pens, a ruler, and other accessories.
23. Things to Do
This is one of my favorite September cover pages. I really love the drawing style used here as well as the color palette. I would love to create something similar for my own journal.
24. Yellow and Orange Lanterns
This cover page has a paper lantern theme that I absolutely love. I also really like the script text and the orange and yellow color scheme.
25. Eggs and Avocado
I love food-themed spreads, especially ones that include avocados. Funny enough, I actually don’t like eating avocado. I just think they look so cute as bullet journal doodles.
26. Outer Space
I love a good outer space theme. I think my favorite thing about them is the bright and colorful color combinations. The addition of the rocketship really adds something special to the overall design.
27. Flowers in a Box
This simplistic September cover page has a beautiful drawing of yellow flowers and bees coming out of a box. I love how this spread is beautiful but still something a beginner could try out.
28. Potions for September
Isn’t this a stunning cover page? It features a potion bottle with flowers surrounding the bottle. I can’t wait to see the rest of the spreads this artist comes up with for September.
