Recently, my mom and I took a trip to Michaels, where she pointed out a yarn I had never seen before; Squeaky Clean Sparkle Yarn by Loops and Threads. She thought it would be great for a crochet dishcloth or scrubby, and she was absolutely right.

After making my first scrubby, I knew I wanted to share the design for my next crochet pattern. The yarn comes in bright, fun colors, and I was pleasantly surprised that it didn’t shed at all while I worked on my scrubby.

This scrubby is made using 100% polyester scrubby yarn and it dries pretty fast after use. I also made a couple of scrubbies using 100% cotton yarn, and those turned out great too. However, they do take a long time to dry. So keep that in mind if you decide to make yours with cotton yarn.
