Chunky Mountain Lodge Crochet Blanket Pattern

With the weather starting to cool down, I wanted to crochet a blanket perfect for the cold months. My criteria for this blanket was that it be thick, warm, and sit perfectly on my lap. I’m happy to say that I achieved that with this blanket!

The Chunky Mountain Lodge blanket is 36″ x 48″, which makes it a nice lap blanket/lapghan. I love lap blankets for getting cozy on the couch with my coffee while reading a book or watching TV.

I chose the single crochet grit stitch for this blanket because I wanted it to be thick and extra warm. This stitch is so easy to do; I think you’ll have a lot of fun with it.
